TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
When you place an order, you agree to the follow terms and conditions.
PRODUCTS AND CARE
- Exact colour may differ from photos online to real life.
- Some swimwear patterns may have different placements, this means the exact placement of the bikini pattern could differ to photos. This includes the strings of swimwear tops and bottoms.
- Lighter coloured fabrics may stain when coming into contact with fresh fake tan. If a swimwear piece is marked by fake tan or makeup after being worn by a customer, Capri Swim is not liable. It is the customer's responsibility to take care when wearing the product and avoid coming into contact with materials that may cause marks.
- Capri Swim is not liable to replace or refund bikinis that have been damaged due to misuse. It is the customer's responsibility to take care when wearing the product and avoid coming into direct contact with rough surfaces and fabrics that may cause damage to the products.
RETURNS
- Returns will only be approved if the item has NOT BEEN WORN and has no signs of wear whatsoever. This is particularly important since these are swimwear products.
- You can return for a store credit or exchange, but not a refund.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order being placed.
- Any signs of wear mean that we cannot accept the return. This includes odour (including perfume) or other visible marks or damage that shows wear.
- Items that have been washed will not be eligible for a return.
- The item must have tags attached to it still, along with the hygiene sticker. Once the hygiene sticker is removed, you will not be able to return.
- Please take care when trying on the item. Leave underwear on underneath while trying on bottoms.
- If you are returning for any issue other than a fault, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of posting the return back to Capri Swim.
- SALE ITEMS: Items on sale are final sale. They cannot be returned. This excludes items that are put on sale only during a promotional period.
- If your return or exchange is not delivered back to us within 30 days of your order date, we cannot accept your return. You will also be liable to cover the postage costs for us to send the item/s back to you.
- If an item you return is not in unworn condition, you are liable to pay for the postage costs to get the item sent back to you.
- You must be able to provide us with a tracking number for your return. If you fail to do so, Capri Swim will not be held liable for returns that are lost in transit. An exchange will also not be fulfilled if item/s are returned late to us and no tracking number was provided as proof of postage.
- Returns usually take up to 1-2 business days for us to process once we receive the original item back, however during busy periods the processing time may take up to 5 business days.
EXCHANGES
- An exchange will be given if you change your mind about the style, or if you’d like to swap to a different size.
- Original items must be in unworn and undamaged condition as per our Returns policy.
- There is a $10 AUD fee on all domestic exchanges to cover the cost of us sending you the new size or style.
- There is a $35 AUD fee on all international exchanges to cover the cost of us sending you the new size or style.
- It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of posting the original item back to Capri Swim. The exchange fee only covers the cost for Capri Swim to ship the new item to you.
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original order being placed.
- Exchanges will only be accepted if the original item is in unworn condition as per our 'Returns' section.
- If the style you’re wanting to exchange to goes out of stock before the exchange is finalised, you will be issued a store credit instead.
- SALE ITEMS: Items on sale are final sale. You are able to exchange these items for another size if stock remains in that size. Sale items are not able to be exchanged for another style. This excludes items that are only put on sale during promotional periods.
- If your return or exchange is not delivered back to us within 30 days of your order date, we cannot accept your return. You will also be liable to cover the postage costs for us to send the item/s back to you.
- If an item you return is not in unworn condition, you are liable to pay for the postage costs to get the item sent back to you.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
- Capri Swim DOES NOT offer refunds unless an item is faulty.
- If a refund is issued, it will be issued back to your original payment method. If you have used a gift card, the refunded amount will strictly return to the gift card.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to return to your payment method.
- Store credits will be issued for regular returns. Store credits have a 3 year expiry.
- Store credits are the amount for paid for an item and does not include the shipping cost.
- If you receive a store credit for an item you bought during a sale, you are not entitled to receive the same discount at a later time.
- If you return an item bought in a bundle, you cannot exchange it for another product at the same discounted rate. Only size exchanges are available on items bought in a bundle.
- If you would like to return a product bought in a bundle, your store credit will be calculated based on the percentage the products were discounted for your purchase.
DISCOUNTS AND SALES
- 10% off discount does not apply to items on pre-order or sale.
- Discounts cannot be applied after an order is made.
- Sales may exclude certain products.
- If a sale period is running, your 10% off welcome code can’t be used in conjunction to the sale discount (for example, Black Friday sale). Discount code can be used on full price items only.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
- Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies.
- Orders are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment (between 1-3 business days).
- Delivery may take between 1 and 28 days, depending on the delivery option. In all cases, Capri Swim does not control shipping times.
Shipping times outlined at checkout are in line with the Australia Post domestic and international guidelines. These are guidelines, your package may take a few days less or more than estimated to arrive. - Express post within Australia takes 1-3 days to metro areas.
- Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and Capri Swim is not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.

Capri Swim cannot pay, or be held responsible for any import or customs charges or taxes incurred when your parcel is processed through your country's customs network prior to reaching you.

Some countries have a customs threshold above which a tax and/or handling fee is charged - please ensure you check this with your government's tax and imports office prior to placing an order with us, so that you understand any and all fees involved.
- If your item is returned to us as it was undeliverable, you as the customer are liable to pay for the postage cost to have it resent to you. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter a correct address for delivery when checking out, and to notify us immediately if a mistake has been made when inputting the address.
WEBSITE USAGE AND PRIVACY
- When you add an item to your cart and enter your email and other details, these details get saved to our system under your user profile even if you don’t place an order.
