Returns & Exchanges

BLACK FRIDAY POLICY OVERVIEW:

  • All sale items are final sale — refunds are strictly unavailable unless an item is faulty.

  • You may return for a store credit (minus original shipping costs), or exchange for a different size in the same product only.

  • Exchanges for different styles or colours are not available during the sale. If you wish to change to another product, you’ll need to return your item for store credit and repurchase separately.

  • Store credits are valid for 3 years and will be issued for the amount paid for the item only (excluding shipping).

  • If you return an item purchased during the sale, sale prices will not be honoured after the sale ends.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached.

  • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of your original order date.

  • If the returned item does not meet our conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.

  • All customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

REGULAR RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Please read the below terms for Returns & Exchanges. The returns and exchange window is 30 days from your order date. If your item/s are delivered back to us after this time, we cannot accept your return/exchange.

We are strict with the quality of items which are accepted for a return or exchange. Please ensure there are no marks, odour, damage or other signs of wear to your item in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. 

We do not offer refunds for returns unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

Items on final sale are not able to be returned, they can be exchanged for another size in the same style if stock remains. 

Not all bikinis on our website will be restocked. We encourage customers to choose sizes carefully when placing an order, as we may not be able to offer size exchanges if the item becomes unavailable.

NOTE: During sale periods, we offer exchange of size but do not offer exchanges to different products. Items purchased during sale periods will be issued a store credit instead if you are wanting to exchange for another style.

RETURNS 

Conditions of return

  • Returns are accepted for change of mind, change of size or change of style.
  • You can return for a store credit or exchange, but not a refund.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order being placed.
  • Returns usually take up to 1-2 business days for us to process once we receive the original item back, however during busy periods the processing time may take up to 5 business days.

Condition of item/s

  • Returns will only be approved if the item has NOT BEEN WORN and has no signs of wear whatsoever. This is particularly important since these are swimwear products.
  • Any signs of wear mean that we cannot accept the return. This includes odour (including perfume) or other visible marks or damage that shows wear.
  • Items that have been washed will not be eligible for a return.
  • The item must have tags attached to it still, along with the hygiene sticker. Once the hygiene sticker is removed, you will not be able to return.
  • Please take care when trying on the item. Leave underwear on underneath while trying on bottoms.

Return Shipping

  • If you are returning for any reason other than a fault, it is the customer's responsibility to cover all costs of posting the return back to Capri Swim.
  • You can ship your item/s back via Express or Standard postage. However, please keep in mind that the item must be delivered back within 30 days of your order date (international returns are to be shipped back within 30 days, not necessarily delivered back within 30 days).
  • You must be able to provide us with a tracking number for your return. If you fail to do so, Capri Swim will not be held liable for returns that are lost in transit. An exchange will also not be fulfilled if item/s are returned late to us and no tracking number was provided as proof of postage.

Sale Items

  • Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned for store credit or style exchange, they can only be returned for a size exchange if stock remains.

Unacceptable Returns

  • If your return or exchange is not delivered back to us within 30 days of your order date (or shipped back within 30 days for international returns), we cannot accept your return. You will also be liable to cover the postage costs for us to send the item/s back to you.
  • If an item you return is not in unworn condition, you are liable to pay for the postage costs to get the item sent back to you. 

 

EXCHANGES

An exchange will be given if you change your mind about the style, or if you’d like to swap to a different size.

Exchanges usually take up to 1-2 business days for us to process once we receive the original item back, however during busy periods the processing time may take up to 5 business days.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original order being placed.

Exchange Fees

  • There is a $20 AUD fee on all domestic exchanges to cover the cost of us sending you the new size or style. This includes a return label for the original item. 
  • There is a $25 AUD fee on all international exchanges to cover the cost of us sending you the new size or style. This does not include a return label. International customers must arrange the return of their item. 
  • International duties, customs and taxes are also the responsibility of the customer.

Out of stock products

  • If the style you’re wanting to exchange to goes out of stock before the exchange is finalised, you will be issued a store credit instead.

Sale Items

  • Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned for store credit or style exchange, they can only be returned for a size exchange if stock remains.

  • If your item/s are not delivered back to us within 30 days of  your order date (or shipped back within 30 days for international returns), we cannot accept your return or exchange. You will also be liable to cover the postage costs for us to send the item/s back to you.

FAULTY ITEMS

    • All garments are quality-checked before shipment.
    • If you believe your item is faulty, please email us with clear photos and a description of the issue.
    • Faulty items must be returned to Capri Swim for assessment before a refund or replacement can be issued.
    • We’ll provide a prepaid return label if the fault appears genuine.
    • Refunds or replacements will only be approved if the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
    • Capri Swim is not responsible for damage caused by wear and tear, chlorine, sunscreen, tanning oils, or incorrect washing.
