ABOUT US

THE CONCEPT

Women's swimwear brand, Capri Swim, was founded in 2022 by Gabrielle Lynch. The brand was born after seeing a gap in the market for swim pieces that are both flattering and artistic. The onus was on creating wearable art pieces that empower women across the world. Capri Swim encourages wearers to express their uniqueness through distinctive colour and patterns that are exclusive to the brand.

AT OUR CORE

At Capri Swim, we believe in the power of authenticity, integrity, and collaboration - and we use these values to guide us in all that we do for our customers. We strive to create products that are authentic to us without relying on trends. We always want to be completely honest with customers and maintain our strong moral principles. Capri Swim builds off the interactions we have with you as a customer, and your collaboration with us is at the heart of our design process. We want to create beautiful pieces tailored to your needs and desires.

OUR ETHICS

Our dedication lies in using ethical practices throughout our operations. We are committed to a more sustainable future and we are constantly exploring new avenues to improve our operations in this field.

Each piece is ethically made in China. We have personal relationships with workers at our manufacturing location and we have assessed, prior and during our business partnership, that all workers are paid in accordance to the law and that no children are employed or contribute to the manufacturing process.

At Capri Swim, we are a slow business ordering small quantities. This means that our product turnover is not frequent, which in turn makes a positive impact on our planet. We never dispose of old stock to make way for new stock.

Our packaging is sustainable, with all orders sent out in cardboard boxes with the swimwear wrapped inside tissue paper. Due to the raw fibres in cardboard boxes and tissue paper, our packaging is biodegradable and recyclable.

As we grow, we strive to become more and more sustainable. We are currently taking steps towards changing our current swimwear material to a fabric that is recycled. As a small business, taking this step is difficult due to the much higher manufacturing costs, but this is something that we are pushing for as hard as we can and we hope to reach this goal as soon as possible.

Thank you for your support. We are forever grateful.

With love,
