Birthday Sale Terms & Conditions

When you place an order during our Birthday Sale (March 5th - March 7th 2026), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All sale items are final sale: refunds are strictly unavailable unless an item is faulty.

  • You may return for a store credit (minus original shipping costs), or exchange for a different size in the same product only.

  • Exchanges for different styles or colours are not available. If you wish to change to another product, you’ll need to return your item for store credit and repurchase separately. Please note: 30% off is only valid during the sale and cannot be applied to a future purchase.

  • Store credits are valid for 3 years and will be issued for the amount paid for the item only (excluding shipping).

  • Our regular item conditions apply for returns and exchanges. Please see our regular policy here.

  • If you return an item purchased during the sale, sale prices will not be honoured after the sale ends.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached.

  • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of your original order date.

  • If the returned item does not meet our conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.

  • All customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. 

  • Flat rate of $15 applies to Australian exchanges (covers standard return shipping label + express shipment of new item/s).
  • Flat rate of $7 applies to Australian returns to cover the cost of return shipping label.
  • International return/exchange fees vary. Please contact us.
  • If your item is not accepted for exchange, you are liable to cover the postage costs to have your original item returned to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Due to the high volume of orders during the Birthday Sale period:

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it.

  • This includes changes to products, sizes, styles, quantities, or shipping addresses.

  • Please take extra care when reviewing your order before checkout, as we cannot amend or cancel your order once it has been submitted.

  • If you wish to return your item after receiving it, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy above.

PROCESSING TIMES

Due to high order volumes during the Birthday Sale period:

  • Dispatch may take up to 3 business days after your order is placed.

  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your item back.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are strictly unavailable unless an item is confirmed to be faulty.

  • Faulty items will be assessed upon return in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear.

  • If your item is found to be not faulty, your return will be processed in line with our standard returns policy and any shipping/label fees will be deducted from your store credit.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post and other reputable couriers.

  • Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are guidelines only and may vary.

  • Once dispatched, Capri Swim is not liable for postal delays or issues caused by the delivery carrier.

  • If your parcel is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, you’ll be responsible for the cost to have it resent.

GENERAL

  • Discounts and sale prices are valid only for the duration of the sale.

  • Discount codes (including welcome and referral codes) cannot be applied during this period.

  • Gift with Purchase items must be returned unused if a return reduces your order below the eligibility threshold.

  • Your free gift should automatically appear in your cart once the qualifying spend is reached. In some cases, customers may need to manually select the gift in cart before checkout.

    If the gift is not added to your order at the time of purchase, it will not be included in your shipment. However, if you missed it, we are happy to honour the free gift on a future purchase (subject to stock availability), or we can ship it separately if requested. Please note that separate shipping will require a shipping fee.

  • Gift with Purchase is limited to one (1) per order. If multiple gifts are added, Capri Swim reserves the right to remove any additional gifts exceeding the allowed quantity.
  • All orders are subject to item availability and eligibility. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, Capri Swim reserves the right to cancel or amend the order. If this occurs, customers will be notified and refunded for any affected items.
