Return Window
We offer 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for either:

a store credit, or
-
a size exchange (subject to stock availability)
Returns requested outside this period cannot be accepted.

Returns sent without following the portal instructions will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
Through our Returns Portal, you may exchange for a different size of the same product only.
If you wish to exchange for a different item, please submit your return for store credit. Once your item is received, inspected, and approved, a store credit will be issued which you can use toward your preferred item.
Exchange Eligibility
Items must be:

in original condition
-
unworn and unused
-
with all tags and hygiene stickers attached
-
in original packaging

We do our best to hold stock, but exchanges are not guaranteed. The sooner your return is shipped back, the better the chance your preferred size remains available.
If your requested size is unavailable at the time your return is processed, a store credit will be issued instead (value reflective of price paid after discounts).
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect so we can resolve it for you.
Items deemed faulty may be returned within 30 days. Any concerns raised outside this timeframe will be considered general wear and tear and are not eligible for return.

We are unable to accept returns on:

Gift Cards / Store Credits

Hats
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued where a product is:
-
confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, or
-
arrives damaged
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect sizing or orders made in error. Store credit or eligible exchanges will be offered instead.
Faulty goods must be returned to Capri Swim before a refund is approved.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 2–7 business days for your bank to complete processing.
Capri Swim is not responsible for missing or damaged returns in transit.
SHIPPING
Capri Swim is not responsible for:

parcels lost due to incorrect addresses
-
parcels returned using expired/void return labels
Return labels must be lodged within 7 days of being issued, after this date the label will expire. Using an expired label may result in your parcel becoming untraceable and Capri Swim will not be liable for shipments posted with an expired label.
FINAL SALE POLICY
Items marked Final Sale are heavily discounted. These items are:

eligible for size exchange only, and only if sizes remain available

not eligible for store credit or exchange to a different product
