BFCM Sale Terms & Conditions

When you place an order during our Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All sale items are final sale — refunds are strictly unavailable unless an item is faulty.

  • You may return for a store credit (minus original shipping costs), or exchange for a different size in the same product only.

  • Exchanges for different styles or colours are not available during the sale. If you wish to change to another product, you’ll need to return your item for store credit and repurchase separately.

  • Store credits are valid for 3 years and will be issued for the amount paid for the item only (excluding shipping).

  • Our regular item conditions apply for returns and exchanges. Please see our regular policy here.

  • If you return an item purchased during the sale, sale prices will not be honoured after the sale ends.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached.

  • Returns must be lodged within 30 days of your original order date.

  • If the returned item does not meet our conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.

  • All customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. 

  • Flat rate of $15 applies to Australian exchanges (covers standard return shipping label + express shipment of new item/s).
  • Flat rate of $7 applies to Australian returns to cover the cost of return shipping label.
  • International return/exchange fees vary. Please contact us.
  • If your item is not accepted for exchange, you are liable to cover the postage costs to have your original item returned to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Due to the high volume of orders during the BFCM period:

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it.

  • This includes changes to products, sizes, styles, quantities, or shipping addresses.

  • Please take extra care when reviewing your order before checkout, as we cannot amend or cancel your order once it has been submitted.

  • If you wish to return your item after receiving it, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy above.

PROCESSING TIMES

Due to high order volumes during the BFCM period:

  • Dispatch may take up to 4 business days after your order is placed.

  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 1–5 business days of receiving your item back.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are strictly unavailable unless an item is confirmed to be faulty.

  • Faulty items will be assessed upon return in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post and other reputable couriers.

  • Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are guidelines only and may vary.

  • Once dispatched, Capri Swim is not liable for postal delays or issues caused by the delivery carrier.

  • If your parcel is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, you’ll be responsible for the cost to have it resent.

GENERAL

  • Discounts and sale prices are valid only for the duration of the sale.

  • Discount codes (including welcome and referral codes) cannot be applied during this period.

  • Gift with Purchase items must be returned unused if a return reduces your order below the eligibility threshold.

  • Gift with Purchase is limited to one (1) per order. If multiple gifts are added, Capri Swim reserves the right to remove any additional gifts exceeding the allowed quantity.
  • All orders are subject to item availability and eligibility. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, Capri Swim reserves the right to cancel or amend the order. If this occurs, customers will be notified and refunded for any affected items.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these BFCM Terms & Conditions.


GIVEAWAY – WIN A DYSON AIRSTRAIT

  1. Eligibility

    • To qualify for entry, customers must place an order of $100 AUD or more (excluding shipping costs) during the BFCM Sale period.

    • Entry is automatic for all eligible orders — no additional steps are required.

    • Only orders placed through the official Capri Swim website (www.capriswim.com) qualify.

    • Entrants must reside in Australia.

  2. Entry Period

    • The giveaway runs for the duration of the Capri Swim Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale, starting 25th of November at 9am AEST and ending 29th of November 11:59pm AEST.

    • Orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible.

  3. Prize Details

    • One (1) winner will receive a Dyson Airstrait™ Straightener, valued at approximately $749 AUD.

    • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. 

  4. Winner Selection

    • The winner will be randomly drawn on Sunday, November 30, 2025.

    • The winner will be notified via email using the email address provided at checkout.

    • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Capri Swim reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

  5. General Conditions

    • Orders that are returned, cancelled or refunded will forfeit eligibility.

    • Giveaway entries are limited to one per order (placing multiple eligible orders increases your entries).

    • This giveaway is not affiliated with or endorsed by Dyson, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

    • Capri Swim reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms.

    • If the winner returns their order (in full), the giveaway prize must also be returned in its original, unopened packaging.

    • By entering, participants agree to allow Capri Swim to announce the winner’s first name and state on our social media channels.
