How to Lodge a Return
Please follow the steps below carefully:

Start your return via the link below.

Place a note inside your parcel with your order number (#XXXX).

Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the returns portal. Use your preferred carrier and ship the parcel within 7 days.

Send your tracking number to hello@capriiswim.com - if no tracking number is received, your return will be closed after 7 days.

For U.S returns, our returns portal supports:

Store credit returns
To exchange for a different product, please submit your return for store credit. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your store credit will be issued so you can repurchase your preferred item.
Store credits are valid for 3 years and can be used on any items in our store. You can also give your store credit to friends or family if you believe you won't use it.
Returns will be inspected and processed within 3 business days of delivery back to our warehouse.
IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for return, items must be:

neatly folded
-
in original condition and packaging
-
with all swing tags attached
-
with the hygiene sticker intact and unremoved
All swimwear bottoms and one-pieces must have the hygiene sticker in place. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
All returns must include a note with your order number (#XXXX) inside the parcel. Missing order numbers may delay processing.
FEES & SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
You are required to cover all associated shipping costs to return your item to our warehouse in Australia.
Original shipping costs and duties will not be included in your store credit.
Any returns that are rejected for not meeting the above conditions will incur a $12 USD return-to-sender fee to cover shipping costs for us to send your item back to you.
SITEWIDE SALE PURCHASES
- Exchanges for different styles or colours are not available. If you wish to change to another product, you’ll need to return your item for store credit and repurchase separately.
- If you return an item purchased during the sale for a store credit, sale prices will not be honoured after the sale ends.
